Laken N. Davis

Laken’s practice includes defense of civil suits involving premises liability, automobile accidents, third-party insurance coverage, first-party property insurance coverage, and workers’ compensation. She is experienced in handling all aspects of litigation, from initial claim assessment through resolution by settlement or trial. Her strength is finding a practical, realistic resolution.

Laken is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Laken has tried many suits to verdict in both state and federal court, involving auto liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, and contractual defense and indemnity obligations.

Laken graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and an outside concentration in Psychology. She graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, cum laude, in 2011.
